Where the Biel water flows into Belhaven Bay near Dunbar at low tide, this bridge allows people to walk over
it crossing the stream onto the sands beyond. The two figures added to the quirkiness of it. However at high
tide the bridge is almost submerged and only the top of it can be seen stranded in the middle of the sea.
