Payment
Payment may be made by credit card or PayPal.  All online transactions are administered by PayPal, who accept all major credit cards and handle all security.

When you order a print you will be asked to register as an account user giving username and password. After keying in address details, payment details will follow. If you don't have a PayPal account, or wish to pay by card, please sign as a Guest User and you can then key in your credit card details. 

Glyn Satterley Prints do not have access to any of your credit card information.

Shipping/Handling

Orders can be made on this website for shipment to the UK, Channel Islands, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and the Rest of the World.  

Within the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man:

  • items will be shipped inclusive of Royal Mail First Class delivery or courier, depending on size.
  • items needed quickly can be shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery on request and a supplement will be charged
  • larger packages will be shipped by courier, or tubed prints by Royal Mail.

For Overseas Delivery 

  • items will be shipped at quoted rates by courier or Royal Mail International Delivery
  • larger prints outwith online sizes will be quoted on an individual basis.

Insurance

Glyn Satterley Prints will provide a replacement if your shipment is damaged, not delivered or missing. Credits or refunds will not be issued.  For that reason, insurance is included in the quoted shipping costs. 

Returns

If for whatever reason you would like to cancel your order after delivery you are entitled to a refund as long as you inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 calendar days of the day of delivery of the goods. The goods must be returned ‘as new’ in the original packaging. Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them.

Please note that postal returns are at your own expense intially, but once we have received the goods back from you, we will give you a refund for the cost of the product plus the delivery charge paid - (except for the additional costs arising if you selected a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us).Please keep your proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund has been processed.

Refunds take 3-5 working days to be credited to your payment card.

We cannot refund/cancel your purchase if the goods were a special order to your specification.

Length and width measurements are reasonably accurate, but may vary slightly depending on the individual print.
